Day 15

Dazza’s
Birthday – Looking around Orange
Distance Traveled ? Not far.
We now
had a day to relax and chill out in Orange.
Darren had suggested we start with breakfast at a cafe called Totally
Local so just before 9am we headed there.
We were not disappointed in anyway.
The service was fantastic the food was wonderful and the atmosphere was
so enjoyable we could have settled in and stayed all day. We then went and visited Harvey Normal to
print Darren's photos of his Radio and Gnomeo and put them in an album. From there we went to the info center to get
maps. We then did a drive by tour of
Orange we visited Lake Canobolas and Mt Canobolas we passed through wineries
and back into town. We did a little
window shopping and then picked up supplies for the Pizza party. We decided to head back to camp to chill out
for a while before the party. It was
cold and very windy so I climbed into bed to read while James tried to find
anywhere out of the wind. It was so very
cold. We headed over to Dazzas about
5.30pm and kept warm with his heaters and wood fired pizza oven. We had a fantastic night meeting people and
talking about the trip.
